Starting with Tony I had a wonderful experience getting started and following through with all the details of the project. Tony was trustworthy, responsive, and accommodating at all points in the decision-making process. The quality of the materials used for the shed are top notch, and they can accommodate seemingly endless designs to make you happy. They helped me navigate scenarios like permitting (decided not to so scaled down the size of the shed), electricity (I contracted with a company they recommended and work closely with), and preparing the space for the shed. The guys who built the shed on site were friendly, accommodating, and worked hard and efficiently to get the shed completed in one day (though it can take 2 days or so depending on the size and complexity of the shed). From the planning with Tony, the Owner, on what we were going to use this shed for to the final installation, was a great experience. We now have a solid 140' square feet of useable space on our property to be used as anything from storage to a she shed or even a private work from home office, many other possibilities. The shed was built to plans approved by the local city building inspectors and all materials are wood and no cheap pressboard products. The install only took one day, and the crew was very friendly and professional. I would recommend The Original Mini Barn shed company over the big name shed builders any day! Everything went extremely smoothly from my initial inquiry all the way through installation and final payment. Tony was very responsive to my multiple requests for changes to the plan and meticulously updated the quote so it was very clear what I was getting into. I was very impressed with the crew that came to do the installation. They had it up and finished within just a few hours and it was amazing to watch. Finally decided to outsource and saw good reviews for Original Minibarns. Decided to go a bit premium (skylight, paneling, plenty of electrical) and so glad I did - full of light and super pleasant, so I’ll use as a workshop, not just storage. Tony and the workers were friendly, efficient, and very responsive to my questions and feedback.
